We cannot accept personalised items back unless they are actually faulty. Please note that there is a wide variation in how a child's handwriting can come out as a font and as a digital print. Due to the nature of unique handwriting, your artwork may not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss it.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 10 Church Road, Ascot, ENG, SL58RR, United Kingdom.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT YOUR PRODUCT HAS A FAULT
Our return policy for faulty products lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of replacement.
